The Agreement

Using PlayCroco Casino means you accept these terms in full. The platform is operated under a licence issued by the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao. These terms govern account registration, deposits, bonus eligibility, wagering, withdrawals, and all disputes. If any part of these terms conflicts with a specific promotion’s terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. Account Registration and Verification

One account per person, household, and IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts results in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated on each promotion page. Attempting to exploit bonus structures through low-risk betting patterns — including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage, and equal staking across outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse and results in forfeiture. Free spins are credited to specific games and expire after the period stated in the promotion. Withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met cancels the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed immediately, pending withdrawals forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required. Using a VPN to circumvent geo-restrictions is prohibited and voids all winnings generated during that session.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — game software, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — belongs to PlayCroco Casino or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

PlayCroco is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party payment processor errors where those events are outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints process may be referred to the GCB’s dispute resolution mechanism. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian consumer protection legislation.

Amendments

PlayCroco may update these terms at any time. Changes are communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
